BY INITIATING AN AARAV AI SESSION OR ACCESSING PLATFORM CONTENT, YOU AGREE TO THIS DISCLAIMER IN FULL.

2. AARAV — IDENTITY AND NATURE

AARAV THE SERENITY GENIE IS AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM, NOT A HUMAN BEING. The name and “Genie” metaphor are creative brand choices — they carry no legal, professional, or supernatural meaning and make no promise of guaranteed outcomes. EU AI Act Article 50: Aarav is an AI. You are interacting with artificial intelligence. Aarav will not deny being AI when sincerely asked.
Aarav’s empathetic tone is a product of AI design. It is not evidence of genuine emotional understanding or a personal relationship. Do not form emotional dependency on Aarav or treat it as a substitute for human connection or professional support. No interaction with Aarav creates any professional, therapeutic, advisory, or fiduciary relationship.

Individual outcomes depend entirely on personal circumstances, effort, consistency, and external conditions entirely outside the Company’s control. Emergency Injunctive Relief. The parties acknowledge that any breach or threatened breach of the intellectual property, confidentiality, or proprietary rights provisions of this Agreement would cause irreparable harm to the Company for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy. Accordingly, the Company and its affiliated entities shall be entitled to seek emergency, preliminary, and permanent injunctive relief, without the requirement to post bond or other security, and without prior notice to the breaching party where circumstances require immediate relief, in any court of competent jurisdiction. This right is in addition to, and not in lieu of, all other remedies available to the Company at law or in equity. The breaching party waives any requirement that the Company demonstrate actual damages or post bond as a condition of obtaining such relief.
Attorneys’ Fees. In any proceeding to enforce this Agreement or arising from a dispute hereunder, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses from the non-prevailing party. This bilateral prevailing-party provision applies to all levels of proceeding including trial, arbitration where permitted by applicable arbitration rules, and appeal.

8. AI OUTPUT OWNERSHIP, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND CONTACT

AI Outputs are owned by Yellow Tail Investment Enterprise, LLC and its affiliated entities. Users receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence for private self-development use only. Outputs may not be commercially published, used to train AI systems, or presented as original human authorship.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM: USE OF OR RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUTS OR PLATFORM CONTENT; INACCURATE OR HALLUCINATED OUTPUTS; TECHNICAL FAILURES; BEHAVIOURAL OR FINANCIAL OUTCOMES FROM METHODOLOGY APPLICATION; OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS FROM SELF-REFLECTIVE ENGAGEMENT WITH FINANCIAL CONTENT.
